We recommend you get your car serviced every year (or every 30,000 km) and when the time comes, your local Dacia workshop is the place to come. By sticking to the servicing intervals indicated in your maintenance programme, you can avoid breakdowns caused by wear and tear and keep your Dacia performing at its best.

The maintenance programme for vehicles registered after 12 months is:

1st Year (30,000 km) then every 2 years1: Cabin filter replacement

Every 2 years1
(or 30,000 km): Castrol oil change and oil filter replacement

Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions form part of the Contract between you, the Customer, and the participating Dacia Dealer/Authorised Repairer for the Dacia Service Plan which you have agreed to accept.

  • The Dacia Service Plan is a contract between you, the Customer, and the participating Dacia Dealer/Authorised Repairer and all services covered by this Contract must be redeemed from a participating Dacia Dealer/Authorised Repairer. 
  • The Dacia Service Plan applies to the registered vehicle only and cannot be transferred. 
  • Only scheduled items listed in the Warranty and Service sheet provided by your Dacia Dealer on handover of the vehicle are covered by the Dacia Service Plan. 
  • Your Dacia Service Plan will cover the cost (including associated labour costs and VAT) of the following service items: oil;  oil filter; air filter; fuel filter (if applicable); cabin filter; brake fluid; and spark plugs (if applicable).
  •  All services outlined in the Dacia Service Plan will be carried out by a participating Dacia Dealer/Authorised Repairer.
  •  Items not specifically mentioned in the Dacia Service Plan, requiring replacement or repair due to normal wear and tear or misuse (including but not limited to tyres, brakes, wipers or fluids) are not covered by this Dacia Service Plan. 
  • Your vehicle will undergo a Vehicle Health Check during the scheduled service. Any recommendations will be costed and presented for your approval before any additional work commences which is not covered by the Dacia Service Plan.
  • The plan price agreed is guaranteed against any price increases for the duration of the Contract, with the exception of any change in VAT rates.
  • All services under the Dacia Service Plan must be redeemed by the customer by the earlier of; (i) the end of the Contract Term; or (ii) the date on which the mileage limit is exceeded.
  • The participating Dacia Dealer/ Authorised Repairer has the right to cancel the Contract in the event of two unsuccessful direct debit collections.
  • Dacia may consider refunds in appropriate circumstances at its sole discretion.
  • Your Dacia Service Plan price is calculated on expected annual mileage. Where the actual annual mileage is likely to exceed the expected annual mileage agreed at the time of plan purchase, you must advise the authorised Dacia Dealer/ Authorised Repairer with whom you entered into this Contract. Failure to do so may invalidate the contract.
